looking for calculator
Looking for a good daily calorie calculator. You know the ones that say you must eat *blank* calories to maintain *blank* weight. Looking for the real deal not those that stop at 1200 calories. Any advice?

Nope strike that - I HATE sour patch kids and buttery popcorn.  :0  I don’t want that crap, I long for an ice cold diet coke. :)

Day 9

of my regime and finally the hunger pains and sick feelings have gone.  Its amazing how in just over a week of restricting you can totally change your thoughts on food.  Now it seems like I have to force myself to eat my planned 500cal a day.  Before I was sitting there looking at the clock waiting for my set time to eat.  Now I totally forget till around 3pm when I’m like “crap I need to eat something.” :)  Anywho, loving the empty feeling.

So 9 days in - current stats:

SW: 142

CW: 135 - So happy when I stepped on the scale this morning

Daily calorie intake:  500cal

Exercise:  None yet, felt to weak.  Just regular house work and taking care and playing with the kiddos.  But now Im getting energy back gonna start slow with walking.

Water intake:  at least 96oz a day

7lbs in 9 days, not to shabby.  My birthday is coming up on the 26th, mini goal is to be below 130lbs by then.
